Created in 2008 by CarriersEdge, the Best Fleets to Drive For program recognizes top workplaces in the North American trucking industry. Out of approximately 580,000 active motor carriers registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, only about 1,700 for-hire carriers with 10 or more drivers qualify for the contest. S&H Express is proud to be one of just 20 companies selected from that group, a testament to our dedication to creating an exceptional driver work environment while delivering top-tier service to our customers.
Every full-time S&H Express employee is also a company owner through our ESOP program, making this recognition something the entire team shares. Participating in the contest encourages us to continuously improve driver programs, amenities, and support systems, while driver surveys provide valuable insight that helps us grow stronger each year.
