For the second consecutive year, S&H Express has been named a finalist in the Best Fleets to Drive For contest sponsored by CarriersEdge. To be eligible, companies must be nominated by at least one of its drivers.
The Best Fleets contest recognizes trucking companies in the US and Canada that offer premiere work opportunities for support staff, company drivers, and owner-operators.
In addition to the nomination, to qualify as a Finalist in the contest, each company must complete an extensive survey comprised of 110 questions covering Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources Strategy, Operational Strategy, Performance and Recognition, Development and Career, and Work/Life Balance. A 90-minute interview with company leadership, conducted by CarriersEdge, follows the completion of the survey. Finally, 25% of drivers are required to complete a 54-question online survey.
S&H Express was founded in 1992 to provide reliable, safe transportation and logistics services to businesses throughout the US. S&H Express offers truckload, dry bulk, yard management, freight brokerage, warehousing, storage trailer rental, and CDL training and testing. More than 300 company drivers and owner-operators are employed by or leased to S&H Express.
